The knife features a Fred Perrin-style deep index finger choil and fully contoured Micarta Scales. The spine features fantastic jimping that would make nutnfancy proud. The FB15 is much like a smaller version of the Spyderco FB04, at double the price!
Model Name: Swick Model Reference: FB13 Designer: Sal Glesser MSRP: $39.95, $49.95 Description: The FB14 Swick is a longer wharncliffe version of the Spyderco Spot, with a finger retention hole and neck sheath. This knife was produced in a sprint run of 1000 peices in 2006, then another sprint run of 500 peices in 2009, neither of which included a sheath. A third sprint run was produced in 2013. 2014 saw the introduction of the Gen4 Swick, further refined and features a leaf-shape blade and Boltaron sheath.

Model Name: Vagabond Model Reference: FB12 Designer: N/A MSRP: $39.95 Description: The Vagabond was a short-lived fixed blade from Spyderco that used an integrated sheath or blade guard that folded out of the handle. Due to its short production run, this knife has become rather rare.
Model Name:Perrin PPT Model Reference: Designer: Fred Perrin, Philippe Perotti and Sacha Thiel MSRP: $229.95 Description: Another martial arts inspired knife designed by Fred Perrin. This time with the help of two other French Knifemakers: Philippe Perotti and Sacha Thiel. The knife’s namesake is derived from the first letter of their last names. Like many of the newer Spydies coming out, this one features S30V steel shipped out to Taiwan to be manufactured to reduce costs. The location of manufacture is apparently not marked on the Perrin PPT.

Model Name: Ronin Model Reference: FB09 Designer: Michael Snody MSRP: Description: The Mike Snody designed Spyderco Ronin was one of Spyderco’s hottest fixed blades, driven by the desirability of Snody’s own custom made Ronin knives. The knife was only produced for a short time unfortunately, and now has become very collectible. The knife originally came with both a neck and belt sheath.

Model Name: SPOT (Self Protection Option Tool) Model Reference: FB08 Designer: Sal Glesser MSRP: $129.95 Description: The Spyderco SPOT is a great self-defense knife inspired by French knife designer Fred Perrin, designed to be easy to use by women as well as men. The knife was introduced in 2002 and initially was released in an all-steel budget AUS-6 Steel version, and a premium VG-10 version with Micarta overlays on the handle. Later, Black coated versions were added as well.
